Body Happy Kids: The Masterclass is an online masterclass giving parents and carer-givers an introduction to the subject of body image and children, hosted by our Founder & Executive Director, and author of Body Happy Kids: How to Help Children and Teens Love the Skin They’re In, Molly Forbes.
Delivered via a series of bitesize videos which you can view at your own pace, the class also comes with a wealth of resources and downloads, as well as membership to a private Facebook group for peer support.
Additional downloadable resources include a 12 page course notes booklet and a series of MP3s to deepen your learning, and a 15 page activity pack to use with the children in your care.

Body Happy Sessions
Body Happy Sessions are a quarterly series of online events we run for parents and caregivers, spotlighting a specific theme or issue around body image. We team up with partners for these events, with our founder and Executive Director Molly Forbes co-hosting alongside a different specialist for each series.
